What Do These CT Scan Findings Indicate?

Gross circumferential thickening of ascending colon is seen upto hepatic flexure it is showing fair amount of contrast enhancement. There is narrowing of colonic lumen. Water stranding of peri colic fat ang anterior renal fascia of right side with loss of fat plane with anterior renal cortex in mid polar region and segment 6 of liver. Ct findings are suggestive of Mass of ascending colon? Carcinoma stage T4

Hello.

The result shows that your large intestine on the right has a thick wall. The features described suggest that it is because of cancer.

In my practice, I would confirm this by giving you a colonoscopy where a biopsy of the wall of the large intestine would be taken and sent to the lab.
