What Do These ECG Reports Specify About A Heart Patient?

Hi doctor, I am dipa. I am telling about my father . He is 50+ years old and he is a bypass patient. His previous ECG report is 82 sinus rhythm, LAD: consider left anterior fascicular block, borderline low voltage, extremity leads, abnormal R-wave progression ,late transition , repol abnrm suggests ischemia ... His present ECG report is 70 sinus rhythm, probable left atrial enlargement, left anterior fascicular block, abnormal R-wave progression , late transition, LVE with secondary repolarization abnormality. Please doctor, tell me about my father previous and present heart condition. What will he do for good heart condition. Is anything serious doctor? This is my email address. Hello,

The first ECG was suggestive of decrease in blood flow through his coronaries (blood vessels of the heart). His bypass surgery would have corrected it. If he has no symptoms now, then these automated ECG reports do not matter much. You can get back to me with ECGs or consult your local cardiologists.
