Hi can you explain my findings to me.Approximately 4.2 x3.8x 1.6 cm pre patellar subcutaneous hematom versus superficial pre patellar hemorrhagic bursitis. There is diffuse subcutaneous Eden in the interior, medial and lateral aspect of the knee. Patella Alta and associated grade Ii chondromulacia patella. Probable subcentimeter enchondrema of the distal femoral metaphysics.
The narrated report of the MRI showing 4 cm size pre pattelar subcutaneous hematoma can be significant pathology underlying with Grade II chondromulacia patella. In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination and assessment, I do favor need of bone biopsy after the counselling of relatives.
