What Do These MRI Findings Indicate?

results from my MRI : I would like to know how to take care of the problems and I am not sure ..first I am allergic to steroids and NSAIDS ...MRI result#1 posterior central, right paracentral, left paracentral and posterolateral disc herniation at L3-L4. # 2 a 2.5cm cyst arising from visualized left Kidney. it also shows Mild degenerative changes at T11-T12 disc with minimal residual change from old vertabral epiphysitis? not even sure what that is? I would appreciate it if you can shed a little light on this for me please

I really appreciate your concern, the given report of MRI suggestive of degenerative disease of spinal cord actually it need to be correlated with clinical condition, in presence of some symptoms it may required surgical intervention, hope this information helps.
