1)There is a chronic postoperative fluid collection in the posterior soft tissue from the L2 to the L5 leel essentially unchanged when compared to MRI done on 2/21/15. This should be correlated with patient s clinical findings 2)There are extensive postoperative changes that are stable when compared to the MRI done on 2/21/12 and CT on 5/19/15 consisting of laminectomies from L2 to L5 intervetvebral disc spacers, posterior osseous fusion. There is no evidence of significant spinal canal stenosis at these levels, however, there is apparent left neural foramial narrowing at multiple levels and mid right neural foraminal narrowing at multiple levels and mild right neural foraminal narrowing at L5-Si.3)There is disc bulge, fcet arthopathy and ligamentous hypertrophy at L1-L2 which has increased.
