Hi,
The White blood count from 4,500 to 11,000 per microliter is considered with in normal range. The fluctuation in numbers are result of changes in amount do hydration and state of body's immune response status. Based on the information you provided. You have nothing to worry. {For example: the count may be diluted due to amount of fluid present in blood during winter. They raises during summer due to excessive fluid loss from sweating and dehydration} its seasonal variation.
