What Do These X-ray Findings Indicate?

My X-ray findings read: Prominent degenerative changes are seen with anterolisthesis measuring 5.1 mm L4-5 and neutral, increasing to 8 mm in flexion and reducing to 4 mm in extension. What grade is that? I have severe pain in the buttocks, sometimes shooting down my legs, especially the left. What can I do to relieve this?

Hi
I have gone through your complaints and Xray findings.it is grade 1 anterior spondylolisthesis of L4 over L5 with prominant degenerative changes.the symptoms of you not only because of spondylolisthesis it can be due to changes in intervertebral discs like diffuse disc bulge , protrusion or extrusion and their compression over exiting nerve roots..these are not seen Xrays.to see changes of intervertebral disc go for MRI Spine.based on both X ray & Mri we can plan surgery if needed.
Thank you
With best regards
