General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It seems like you are having a condition called aortic aneurysm. However, the dimensions are not that much large and hence surgical intervention is not required at present.

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. Routine follow up is required to look for any increase in size. Make sure that your blood pressure is well maintained because uncontrolled hypertension may cause aneurysm rupture

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
