What Do These Blood And Ultrasonography Reports Indicate?

Dear Sir,I am Efthaker. im giving u some test report.yesterday i have taken this report.problem is one week or two week after my fever comming.near about one year like this.today isblood sugger level before before breakfast----7.8 ESR------------ 55 Neuptrophil%-------77.00% Lymphocyte---------17.00% Uric Acid--------------3.30 Ultrasonography Comment 1.Grade I fatty liver 2.Splenomegaly with old healed ? abscess. CERVICAL SPINE AP & LATERAL VIEW IMPRESSION: Early degenerative changes in cervical spine.

Hi Efthaker,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
As per your investigation report, following things can be inferred:
1. ESR is slightly increased (by about 2.5 fold).
2. Neutrophils and lymphocyte appear to be normal.
3. Uric acid level is within normal limits.
4. Ultrasound report says:
(a) Mild fatty changes in lever, which could be due to alcohol consumption or lipotrophic factor deficiency and high fatty diet.
(b) Spleen is enlarged, but shows that an old abscess in it has probably healed.
5. Cervical spine is showing some degenerative changes which might result in 'cervical spondylosis'.
Kindly consult Physician and Orthopedician with the report for appropriate advise, which should help you to overcome the problems you could be facing related to liver and cervical spine.
