Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. The following things can be inferred based on the reports you have posted. 1. HbA1c of 10% is quite high and tells that your diabetes is under poor control despite the treatment you are taking. 2. Cholesterol of 275mg/dl is much higher than normal and Triglyceride with 180mg/dl is at the upper limit of normal range. 3. Positive microalbumin in spot urine sample with Creatinine of 1.9mg/dl indicates that there is quite an amount of damage to kidneys due to uncontrolled diabetes. Your treatment, dietary habits and lifestyle changes needs a strict modification to bring it back to control and its maintenance. Otherwise, the complications which has set in would further progress and cause more damage, which might not be reversible at later stage.
