Hello dear
Understand your concern.
WBC is
white blood cell produced by bone marrow.
Protective cell, fight against infection and provide immunity.
So any factor that damage the bone marrow affects its level
Normal count : 3.5-10.5 X 10 9/L
But it does not tell about
sleeplessness and night sweaats.
Following are the causes of Low WBC count
Viral infections that temporarily disrupt the work of bone marrow
Cancer that damage bone marrow
Autoimmune disorders Severe infections that use up white blood cells faster than they can be produced
Medications, such as antibiotics, that destroy white blood cells
Sarcoidosis
Aplastic anemia
Chemotherapy
Radiation therapy
HIV/AIDS
Tuberculosis (and other infectious diseases)
Leukemia
Lupus
Rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune disorders
Malnutrition and vitamin deficiencies.
I think it may be sign of bone marrow failure.
Consult the Haematoncologist and start the treatment as early as possible.
Hope this may help you.
Best regards
