What Do These Blood Test Results Indicate?

Hi, I had Creatine Kinase levels showing at 237 U/L which is High as the range is between 29-165. I have not had any muscle related injury etc, Also my TSH level is also high at 5.70 mIU/L where it should be between 0.3-4.0. What does this means and what will I be on a treatment? I m 28 yo female.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
i appreciate your health concerns.
What were your symptoms? Are you having muscle pains? Any history of weight gain with fatigue?
As far as interpretation of lab reports is concerned , these should always be interpreted in light of clinical history and examination. Generally speaking Cpk levels are not high enough to bother you . but raised Tsh levels should be investigated further. It may appear that you have got hypothyroidism and it need to be addressed.
Meet your doctor so that you can be properly managed.
Meanwhile stay calm
Hope it helps
Regards
Saad
