What Do These Estradiol And FSH Levels Indicate?

I am 43 and have had two Mirenas for a total of 6 years. Got it to relieve heavy painful periods.Got my bloodwork results today. My estradiol level is 22 my FSH is 11.69 and my prolactin level is 4.23. Are these levels indicative of menopause or perimenopause and why am I bleeding and cramping everyday now?
