What Do These Following Blood Reports Inidcate?

Hi doctor, My 17 year old daughter s haemogram indicates: Thyroid profile, Total, Serum (CLIA) T3 Total 0.85 ng/mL Bio ref interval 0.80 - 2.10 T4 Total 8.40 ug/dL Bio ref interval 5.01 - 12.45 TSH 0.73 uIU/mL Bio ref interval 0.70 - 6.40 Her TLC 11.8 thou/mm3 is slightly above the ref range of 4.00 - 10.00 as is her RBC count of 4.94 mill/mm3 which is above the ref range of 3.80 - 4.80. Does this indicate any serious imbalance? Thank you. Adrian Andrade

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The investigations posted by you are thyroid profile, white blood cell count and red blood cell count.
The thyroid function tests- TSH, T3 and T4 are all within normal range.
A raised white blood cell count upto 11.8 thousand/cmm is suggestive of infection.
A differential count is required to know the type of cell raised.
Elevated red blood cell count can be interpreted along with hemoglobin and hematocrit values.
Thus, I suggest you to post the hemoglobin and hematocrit levels also.
