What Do These Following Blood Test Reports Indicate?

Hi, I just got my tests results back today in the mail, unfortunately after office hours. I was diagnosed with lupus 3 months ago, already have RA,FIBRO, MIGRAINES (diagnosed) and said prediabetic, put me on metformin, and have CAD,(60% blockage) o.k so the tests showed insulin-21.6H, proinsulin-28.4H,SEDrate-42H,Platelet-MPV-6.9 L, C REACTIVE 1.65 H, cholesterol 40 L, albumin 3.7 L, HDL 40L, VitaminD- 18 L
