General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to x ray finding there might be chest infection like that of bronchitis or lung parenchyma infection

Chest pain and dyspnea like presentation not present Hence pneumonia less likely

She should be prescribed decongestant like phenylephrine for congestion relief and suitable antibiotic like cefixime or levofloxacine like broad spectrum antibiotic

Steam inhalation done three times a day

Daily take one tsp of ginger juice with honey

Strepsil or vitamin C lozenges will be beneficial

Clinical correlation needed for such x ray finding

Take care

Consult physician for examination
