What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Age: 45 Weight: 200 (overweight) Height: 5 8 Caucasian female MPV Values     10.2     11.2     11.1     12.7     11.3     11.4     11.2     (average) 11.30 ALT 3/10/2015 was 72, yesterday 84 AST 3/10/2015 was 41, yesterday 45 CONSTANT tinnitus, restless legs, horrible joint and back pain and unexplained weight gain and inability to lose/slow metabolism just in the last 2 years. Doctor is CLUELESS. MRI, CT scan, X-rays, labs all inconclusive, benign tumors removed from colon in 2013, cholecystectomy in 2013, everything started going downhill in 2013 status post partial hysterectomy, salpingectomy 2000 Nonsmoker, nondrinker, no drugs Free T4 1.14 ng/dl PTH INTACT     37.5 Cortisol 7.7 ACTH 11 Estradiol 33 TSH 1/10/13     1/14/14     3/10/15      1.2     0.70      1.47 Any clues based on lab values? Oh it s not the being overweight thing either. This is not the first time I ve been 200+ pounds. This all started in roughly November or December 2012, crescendo in Jan 2013 and I ve been a miserable nervous wreck ever since. Oh, and I was diagnosed with narcolepsy, to make matters worse.

Hi,

Start dietary changes like take balanced diet [include vegetables, fruits, drink lot of water 7-8 glasses] sleep hygiene 7 to 7.5 hours, never perform water activities solo. Start doing yoga you must join online art of living breath and meditation workshop its healing process for many diseases not just it also gives your thoughts direction, your history and your surgeries are already enough what medically can be done just continue with it.
