What Do These Gastrointestinal Examination Lab Reports Indicate?
I had upper and lower GI today and initial report says: blunted villi in the second part of duodenum & duodenal bulb w/ biopsy done along with a biopsy on erythema & granularity in the Antrum..of course I wasn t awake to get explanation from Dr. .. Follow up to be scheduled after biopsy reports come back ... Is there something I should do in the interim to help with possible outcome?

I really appreciate your concern, exact clinical symptoms not being mentioned here so it can be correlated with the biopsy findings, although it does not seems any specific one some time it could be inflammatory bowel disease hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
