What Do These Lab Reports For Renal Function Indicate?

Hi sir my husband age 36 yrs undergone some tests due to gastric trouble ,reports resulted non localozation of left kidney in renal fossa and right kidney shows grade 2 renal parenchymal changes with loss of corticomedullary differentiation ,grade 1 fatty liver , is this a serious health condition.pls suggest what can be done

welcome to hcm..mam your husband must have undergone ultrasound abdomen ..he is getting gastritis issues due to fatty liver or kudney problem.. ..he needs good diet ..avoid fatty fast foods and restrict sweets etc and please keep his bp and sugar level in normal range ..as far as nonvisualisation of kidney is concerned it may be due to bowel gases and secpnd kidney is not normal ...please take it seriously ..i will order complete kidney profile as blood urea ...serum creatinine...urune test ...gfr test etc to assess kidney function ...and also order ct abdomen for confirmation of nonvisualisation of kidney...please donot delay ...best of luck...if my response us helpful to you please mark so
