Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through the report you have posted, the following things could be inferred.
A. Liver Function Test:
1. Serum
Bilirubin - Total, Direct and Indirect levels are within normal range.
2. Liver enzyme
alkaline phosphatase is normal.
3. Total Protein, Albumin,
Globulin and A/G Ratio is normal.
4. Liver enzyme AST is upper limit of normal and ALT is showing 3 fold increase than normal.
B. Kidney Function Test:
1. Urea levels is normal.
2. Uric acid level is also normal.
3.
Creatinine levels is within normal limits.
With the increased levels of liver enzymes AST and ALT levels, it states there there could be some damage to the liver cells and might need further evaluation by means of
ultrasound scan.
This could have been caused due to chronic intake of alcohol and smoking too.
Kindly consult Physician for further evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
