Hi, My triglycerides level is 155 and my non hdl cholesterol is 175 , ldl is 144. Is it dangerous? What should I do? I stared exercising but is that enough. Change my diet? The recommendation is to avoid eggs but new studies suggest that eggs are not bad and may even help. Thank you in advance f ryour answer
Hello Welcome to Health care magic As per the report you are under moderate risk. You may understand that you are on the border line. The good thing is you may control this by diet and exercise. You have to follow strict dietary control and avoid oily fried, spicy food, non veg items, Alcohol etc. I would suggest you to avoid egg it increases the risk factor in the body.
I would also suggest to take routine checkup to asses the Lipid profile in your body. Hope this is clear to you Thanks Dr Ratnesh
