Hi,

Please repeat the biopsy as it would be the only confirmatory test and also will help you in determining the stage of disease along with other imaging studies already done. Once the disease is confirmed, the treatment modality can be finalized. The treatment can be done in any hospital having an oncology dept. along with dept. of nephrology.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
