General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different aspects to the semen analysis, the main ones are: (a) motility or movement of the sperm
(b)morphology or the appearance of the sperm
(c)volume or the amount of the semen
(d)colour
(e)sperm count- the number of sperm in the sample
(f)viscosity or thickness of the sample
(g)liquefaction time- time it takes for the semen sample to thin out, to become more liquid

Your motility, volume, viscosity, color, liquefaction time , sperm count are normal.
The morphology is not as good but still ok, meaning that there are abnormal sperm seen. According to the result at least 40 % of the sperm totally have a defect, this means that the majority are normal (60%).

I hope this helps
