What Do These Stool Routine And Culture Reports Indicate?

My mother doing motion 4 to 5 times a day.We have done stool routine testing found below given result. Prescribed magnex forte injection 2 times in a day for 5 days & Currently feronem antibiotic is going on then also she is doing motion 3 to 4 times in a day. 21/05/2017 Red Blood Cells Present 2-3/hpf Pus Cells(White blood cells/leukocytes) Present 6-8/hpf, in sheets & clumps Epithelial Cells Present Occasional 25/05/2017 Stool Culture Report ESCHERICHIA COLI & CANDIDA SPP infection observed 06/06/2017 Red Blood Cells Present 2-3/hpf Pus Cells(White blood cells/leukocytes) Present 3-4/hpf, Epithelial Cells Present Occasional 08/06/2017 Red Blood Cells Present 2-3/hpf Pus Cells(White blood cells/leukocytes) Present 2-4/hpf, Epithelial Cells Present Occasional
