What Do These Test Reports Regarding Hepatitis B Infection Indicate?

Patient name: Shaheen Azam Age: 53y Sex: Female Hepatitis B infected. i am taking Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate from last 2 years and these 2 years my SGPT(ALT) level was round about 50UI and HBeAg PCR was non reactive. After 2 year of taking Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate i left taking these medicine advised by my physician, but now i investigate my HBV DNA viral load is Detected and 130000 UI/ml. where ultrasound report is telling about Coarse Liver, and i have 16mm stone in gallbladder. i am worried about my HBV viral load.. tell me treatment ASAP thank you

Good day and thank you for the question. The viral load is quite high probably due to you not taking the Tenofovir for a long time (2 years). A coarse liver is not a good sign either. These should be of great concern.
I suggest you see a Gastoenterologist ASAP for further review and treatment.
