General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Seems to be a benign condition of thyroid enlargement in terms of follicular adenoma most likely.

As the Fine needle aspiration cytology is many times not diagnostic, an excision biopsy is a must for the final diagnosis and any relevant adjuvant therapy if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
