What Do These Ultrasound Scan Reports Indicate?

multiple small follicle seen arranged at periphery of both ovaries right ovary measure 2.8 X1.9.cms left ovary measure 2.2 X 2.3 cms( first report ) right ovary measure 2. 3X 1.9.cms left ovary measure 2.6 X cms( Second report ) please advice me how to reduce these problem.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
You have posted only about the details of ultrasound report pertaining to only the ovaries.
The ultrasound report tells there are only multiple follicles arranged at the periphery of both the ovaries. The average normal size of ovaries is is 3.5cm x 2.5cm x 1.5cm. Ovary measurements appear to be normal. There is no indication of presence of cysts or signs of follicle maturity.
It would have been better if you had indicated the timing of the scan.
Hence it can be stated that induction by drugs such as clominfen is required and follicular study needs to be done if you are planning to conceive.
