What Do These Urinalysis And Blood Test Reports Indicate?

Previous urinalysis and blood Alt 87h White blood count 11.8h Occult blood trace Wbc esterase trace neg Calcium oxalate crystals moderate I am diabetic non fast glucose 128h No cancer cells but transitional cells Follow up urinalysis Glucose 105 h Urinalysis appearance turbid abnormal Wbc esterase 1+ abnormal Occult blood 1+ abnormal Negative for malignant cell Few transitional cells are present

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the urine analysis report, it is indicative that you have kidney stones due to the fact that there is presence of occult blood and calcium oxalate crystals.
Since there are no malignant cells, it states that there is no cancer type of picture.
And follow-up report says WBC esterase 1+ and turbid urine, it is indicative of some amount of infection in the kidneys.
Your glucose level is much under control and nothing much to worry about.
From the above, it could be advised that you need a Ultrasound abdomen scan and consultation with Urologist for complete evaluation and management.
