What Do These Widal Test And Urine Test Reports For Fever Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I am Ajay, my mother is suffering from fever from past one week, we went to local R.M.P he diagonised and useurd injections amikacin ip, ceftriaxone ip, but there is no cure, fever coming again and again. now gone for widal test and urine test then salemonella typhi h 1:160 Dil and microscopic is 7-9 puscells/hpf and 4-6EP cells/hpf and E S R is 30mm, hg is 9.0gms/dl and she is 44 years old, please tell me wat to do

Hello dear
I understand your concern
typhi H 1:160 suggests past infection of immunization against the typhoid vaccine. But it does not suggest active infection.
In urine test 7-9 puss cell suggests urinary tract infections.
So your fever is due to urinary tract infection.

But you have not mention about Typhi O antigen.
But from present report it suggests about urinary tract infections.
I advise you to go for urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity for proper treatment.
You have to take antibiotic for at least 7 days for proper cure.
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Take syrup cital and tablet nitrozolium.
Take the full treatment and repeat the tests after the completion of treatment for clearance of infections.
