What Do Thickened Endometrium, Follicles In Ovaries And Negative Result In HPT Mean?

I am 25 yrs old having regular periods for 29 days.i had an missed abortion one yr back and an tubal pregnancy for which iundergone a lap salpingectomy of right fallopian tube.now I am 10days late for my periods. My lmp was may 1st.I got scan today report as follows thickened endometrium 18mm×16mm.both ovaries with 10-12 follicles.i got pregcard negative today.what to do now.could I be pregnant
