What Do Thin Lining Of The Endometrium In The Below Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hi , Im Xela ,40 y.o with 2 kids.my questions regarding the result of my recent UTZ which remarks is THIN LINING ENDOMETRIUM what does it mean? I had also concerns regarding my monthly period which the flow is unusual on and off and it takes 3 weeks to end it up.

thin lining endometrium is a normal finding in women usually after menstruation. if you have irregular cycle, you may need to undergo some blood test s with consultation of your gyno.
