i RECENTLY HAD TRIPLE BY PASS. i HAVE FELT GREAT AND RECOVERED WELL. IN THE LAST 48 HOURS i HAVE HAD TIGHTNESS IN MY SHOULDER INTO MY NECK . IT FEELS LIKE i SLEPT ON IT WRONG OR STRAINED IT. TODAY IT SEEMS TO BE LESS INTENSE BUT HAS MOVED FROM THE LEFT SHOULDER ACROSS BOTH SHOULDERS AND BOTH SIDES OF MY NECK
