Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Both the problems are unrelated. Chest pain is due to various causes like cardiac issues and others. The numbness and pain in your right arm is due to compression of nerves in your cervical spine. Numbness and pain in your right arm is not an emergency but chest pain is an emergency. Consult at the nearest hospital as soon as possible.

Thank you. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
