What Do Tingling And Numbness In The Right Arm Indicate?

I am experiencing right tingling and numbness. Onset was intermittent in left arm approximately two weeks ago while running. Has been intermittent since primarily in right arm. Ran this morning and tingling and numbness in right arm. This evening right arm tingling and numbness is constant and has been for several hours. No slurred speech, no blurred vision or dizziness. Should I proceed to the ER and get examined?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your limb numbness.

The cause seems to more of the nerve compression. You need to visit a neurologist and get a nerve conduction done too.

During mean time you need to take vitamin B12 supplements.
In case you feel any dizziness, loss of consciousness or numbness in other parts of same side of the body you must visit the emergency room.
