What Do Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Right Arm Indicate?
I have neck, shoulder, and upper back pain on my right side and today I have tingling and numbness to my right arm and hand. The duration of this pain has been approximately 1 week. I think I pulled a muscle while working outside shortly before this pain started.

Tingling and numbness could be from compressed nerve as well.
Ibuprofen 200 mg BD for five days can be prescribed
Avoid strenous activities
Avoid movement that causing pain
Take sleep In proper position
If no improvement than nerve compression should be evaluated by CT scan
