What Do Tingling Sensation And Pain In The Left Breast Indicate?

I am a 64 year old female and in good health I have mammograms each year and have never had a diagnosis of cancer anywhere on my body. Within the past two months, my left breast hurts, sometimes it gets hot and sometimes it tingles. There is no leakage or bruising. Would breast cancer advance this far from the time of my last mammogram this fall? I have never experienced pain like this, especially in one breast. Please cancel my request.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think there are possibilities of breast cancer and the real war against him is won if caught in situ, early. Do an ultrasound.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
