Hello,

You have symptoms of tinnitus and numbness on the right side of the face which seems to be due to temporary weakness or paralysis of the muscles in one side of the face, and it could be due to stress, temporomandibular joint problem and increase blood pressure.

I would suggest you consult a neurologist or oral and maxillofacial surgeon for proper diagnosis and rule out a condition like trigeminal neuropathy. The doctor may conduct various test to confirm the diagnosis and may prescribe muscle relaxant and anti-inflammatory medications. Do warm compresses on the ear. Do Valsalva maneuvers. Till now start doing exercises of facial muscles and go for a massage or light muscle exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
