Hi I am uncircumcised and I have these tiny bumps on the inside tip of my penis skin and Idk what it is. Is it herpes?? I haven t really had sex but am sexually active. It started appearing when I grow up. Im 17 now. Do you guys know what it is? And is it serious?

Is it painful? Any discharge? It could be infectious or even inflammatory. You have to get it examined and it is not possible to give a diagnosis without proper examination.
