What Do Tiredness And Spotting After Implant Removal Suggest Pregnancy?

I had my implant out last Monday the week leading up to that I was on my period I actually came off the same day I had the implant removed I have been sexually active and have been feeling really tired, felt heavy and now I have what appears to be spotting there is only blood when I wipe could I be pregnant already?

Hello,

Spotting can occur after removal of implant. Pregnancy can be confirmed or ruled out by getting an urine pregnancy test. Urine pregnancy test becomes positive 10-14 days after conception.
