What Do Tongue Cramp, Lump In Neck And Drooping Mouth Suggest?
My 13-year-old son has had a tongue cramp that started this morning while he was eating breakfast. By the time he went to school there was a visible lump in his neck. Now it s 6 pm, he s been unable to eat much all day, the neck is distended right under his jaw, and his mouth is drooping a tiny bit on that side (his left). What is happening? He is generally healthy; has had migraines in past but not frequently.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may be due to inflammation, but in my opinion clinical examination is must to rule out the infection and other differential diagnosis so better to see the pediatrician no need to take any risk, hope this information helps, take care
