What Do Tremors And Stiffness In The Hands And Fingers Indicate?

I am 55 and have problems with my left hand shaking periodically or stiffness in my fingers when I am reading , holding my tablet , ect... not sure what is going on. There is pain in my hands also. Not all the time. I am a secretary so I am using them a lot.

You have to do some investigation as thyroid function tasts, serum calcium CBC, ESR and ANA . Until the results are ready you can take anti-inflamatory drugs and vitamin B.
