What Do Weakness And Pain In The Arms And Legs Indicate?

I have been having weakness in my life arm, some random pains for about a week. It didn t really bother me. In the past few days both arms and legs have felt off. I ve had weakness, feelings of warmth, feelings of numbness, it feels like blood rushing through each limb randomly, and it s very uncomfortable to try to sleep or relax. I don t have any swelling or severe pain and I have no trouble using my arms or walking. I would sit in bad positions on the floor for periods of time as well. I can t sleep because of the feelings
