I have a prolapse bladder for quite a few years. I had a total hystrectomy when i was 38 I am now 67. During a routine blood work my dr did a urinalysis and they founnd white blood cells in my urine. I also have Parkinson disease and a pessary for approx 2 years and irt gave me a lot of uti infecrt ions . Can you tell me why the white blood cells?\
white blood cells indicates infection ...you should give a urine sample for microscopy and culture ,as bladder prolapse can cause urine retention and predispose for infection.
