What Do White Bumps In The Throat Indicate?

Hi! I actually have a small question to ask. My mom says I should be okay but I m starting to hurt. I have this white bump in the back of my throat on both tonsils and my throat is actually producing mucus. Any ideas? I have a photo of them but I don t think I can show here

You can send photo on my whats app. These are actually septic spots which get inflamed due to infection, pickle, sauce, chatney , ice cream & gol gappas.
Avoid these things. Do warm saline gargling & you should be fine.
