What Do White Particles In The Urine Indicate?

Hello, For the past few months I have white tissue bits in my urine, usually a day or two before my period begins.It s usually a white clump with a long string but that floats in the urine and sinks. if it helps, I gave birth almost six months ago and I m in my mid-30s. is this something to be worried about?

Well to begin with whitish discharge with urine can be due to many causes like urinary tract infection (to rule that out you have to look for other symptoms like burning micturition, cloudy urine, flank pain, fever, chills etc).

Second, it can be due to vaginal infection (to rule that out you have to look for pain during sex, foul-smelling discharge etc) or it can be due to kidney stones, in that case, there will be severe pain abdominal or flank.

But in all the cases it is not something to lose your sleep on. Keeping in mind your symptoms it seems a vaginal infection to me.

Which is not such a big issue. you can treat it by maintaining vaginal hygiene like using she wash or hygera every time u use the toilet.
