Hi, Since you have no previous history of allergy and as you have mentioned to recent change in use of any products,allergic cause is less likely. Hormonal changes or imbalance can cause sudden increase in acne and whiteheads throughout the body. Any history of irregular / heavy bleeding should be ruled out. Any changes in the menstrual cycle can indicate hormonal imbalance. Stress can also trigger such symptoms.I would suggest you to use topical antibiotic creams to reduce the infections. Oral drugs like Azithromycin or Doxycycline can also be used. Maintenance of personal hygiene, regular exercise and avoiding stress is also important. Take care. Hope I have answered your question.
