hello i have a lump on the right side of my neck the size of a nickle i just noticed today and it aches the right side of my head hurts. i thought it was the way i slept. but just today i noticed and showed my son. i have had it before and just thought it was stress.

You should consult your doctor at the earliest for a complete physical examination. Your doctor may order certain investigations based on the physical examination findings. If it is identified as a infected lymph node your doctor may start on antibiotics.
