What Do You Suggest For A Painful Lump On My Right Tonsil?

i have a lump on my right tonsil its very sore and its been there for a few days now it stopped hurting for 3 days and the pain is back again i gargled some salt water when it started up but it still not looking any better and my left tonsil has white bumps what is it?

I can understand your problem, you said you have lump on your tonsil, this could be exudation, right now this condition can be treated as exudation formation, if you do not have symptoms like fever, then no need treat it with antibiotic, anti-inflammatory drugs would be enough, but one thing I am suspicious and that is stone, if your condition does not improved then you have to go for clinical examination, to rule out the possibility of stone, for the symptomatic relief you can use, "Povidone Gargle" this will relieve the pain and swelling, hope this information helps you.
