What Do You Suggest For Calf Pain In The Left Leg With The Difficulty In Walking?

I have calf pain in my left leg. It's hard to walk. I can't point my toes without severe pain. It's been going on for 3 weeks. It feels like the muscle but I cannot remember doing anything to hurt the muscle. I am a dance teacher and always warm up good before classes. When I wake up the pain is gone or not bad but even just walking a little hurts badly. By the end of the day I can't walk.
