Hi It is clear that are under a great stress. You had already have 2 stents for you heart problem. As I understand you are suffering from unstable angina due to coronary heart disease. In this condition you consult your cardiologist again and follow what he advises you.You have to take medicines for your angina, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and also for your RA( is it rheumatoid arthritis?) Also you have to be examined periodically by a cardiologist . Hope I have answered your query and if you have any further questions,do not hesitate to ask us wishing you speedy recovery
